This shows that the opportunity such as credit, training, social capital and savings effect on women entrepreneurs' performance. From the opportunity, women entrepreneur need to take risks. For example, skill training is necessary to provide the needed entrepreneurial skill for small business start-up while business or management training provides the needed managerial competence for routine and corporate decisions.
