What is affective competence? Affective competence are described with social skills, knowledge and attitudes. Example such as emotional competency which is helpful at coping stress and use it in a positive way. 

What is cognitive competence? Cognitive competence is more focus on critical thinking which is involved in problem solving and making decisions while creative thinking likely to generate new ideas.
