This shows that entrepreneurial self-efficacy is effecting on entrepreneurial competencies and women entrepreneurs' business performance. Self-efficacy is the person ability to succeed or accomplish tasks that given to him/her. It is important with self-efficacy makes the person facing the challenges and accomplishes the goals.
